Whether you are a new vendor at the Silver Sage Renaissance Festival or have been with us on our journey thus far, we’re glad to have you. Early Bird registration closes Feb 1 2026.
New Vendors
We are two themed weekends and early registration rate is $125 dollars for each weekend. There is no requirement to vend both weekends. Expect a paypal request from us (Silver Sage Renaissance Festival) after Jan 1 2026. After Feb 1 2026 the weekend rate increased to $150 a weekend.
Returning Vendors
Our motto is “we are building a village,” and to show our appreciation to you all, we are discounting vendor registration for vendors who attended the 2025 inaugural event. This discounted rate is only for those of you who braved the rain and expires Feb 1 2026! After Feb 1 2026 the weekend rate increases to $150 per weekend. We believe that by curating friendships and honoring both the trust and hard work of vendors, performers, and patrons alike, we can create an environment that is both welcoming and fruitful!

Quick note on booths
We allow canopies but please try to stay in theme. Cover metal legs, dress up the booth to help create the enviornment. Not only does it help with overall festival atmosphere - it influences vendor sales!
